Thank you to my sponsor:
Foodlama helps you with your grocery shopping online easier and safer, it's a google chrome extension that filters through your allergies or dietary requirements. I do my food shopping online at Asda, the chrome extension gives you a tick or cross next to the food you are safe eating, so it's super clear. It's currently a beta version and only works on Asda, hopefully be available on other supermarket websites very soon.
